How does the appointment match process assign schedules?Who may participate in the Appointment Match Process?
How does the appointment match process assign schedules?
About five to six weeks prior to Florida Huddle Mexico, attendees' Appointment Requesting Modules will open in their myHuddle
Computer-generated appointment schedules are based on attendee requests, with the priority order of:
- First priority: Mutual request
- Second priority: Buyer request
- Third priority: Supplier requests
This Appointment Requesting Period will close about two weeks before the show. After that, mutual requests will be scheduled first, then requests made by buyers, followed by requests made by suppliers. Once the initial schedules are available, attendees will have the opportunity to directly communicate with other delegates and add appointments or discuss, cancel and even re-schedule business appointments, via a new module that will be accessible from any computer or in the Florida Huddle Mexico app.
